  • 10:30 p.m. to 12 p.m. – Kids Fishing Derby
  • 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Barbecu Lunch

Accommodations

For those traveling from out of town, the Comfort Suites (1200 Hurricane Alley Way, at Trinity Rd., across from the fairgrounds) has blocked 50 rooms at a discounted rate.

Silent Auction and Raffle

A silent auction and raffle will be held to raise additional funds for student scholarships and alumni programs. If you would like to donate an item for auction, contact John Crutchfield at 919-757-1095 or johncrutchfield@bellsouth.net.

Directions
Take the Edwards Mill Rd. exit off Wade Ave. From Edwards Mill Rd., you will pass the Arena/Stadium Complex on the left. Proceed to the intersection of Edwards Mill and Trinity Rd. Take a left at the stoplight onto Trinity Rd. Take a right on Youth Center Rd. and enter the fairgrounds at Gate 6. The Harrill Building will be on your left. Or if you�re traveling down Hillsborough St. away from NC State, pass the Vet School and the intersection of Hillsborough and Blue Ridge Rd. Go past the fairgrounds and take a right on Youth Center Rd. Enter the fairgrounds at Gate 6.
