Homecoming 2008: Sept. 28 to Oct. 4.

Come home to revisit the faces and places that made your years at NC State memorable. We’ve got a Homecoming theme this year that integrates Coach Tom O’Brien’s initials—”Operation TOB: Take Out Boston College”—and we’ve got plans for NC State’s best-ever parade, pep rally, live concerts, football and food packages, tailgate reunions and more. Make plans now to come home to NC State.

FRIDAY, OCT. 3
6 p.m. Homecoming Parade on Hillsborough Street starts at Dan Allen Drive and ends at the Alumni Memorial Belltower.

7 p.m. doors open at Reynolds Coliseum for the Pack Howl Pep Rally & Concert. The pep rally begins at 7:45 p.m., featuring NC State coaches, cheerleaders and the Power Sound of the South. At 8:45 p.m., the concert begins with performances by hip-hop artist Common (left) and hip-hop / alternative rock band N.E.R.D. (below).

Tickets are available through Etix:

Alumni Association member tickets are $20 in advance and day of show.

General public tickets are $25 in advance and $30 day of show.

Student tickets are $10 in advance and $15 day of show.

SATURDAY, OCT. 4
Alumni Association members and nonmembers can order food and football packages for the Homecoming game against Boston College.
