On May 7, NC State Alumni Association continues its 41-year tradition of honoring faculty who excel in the classroom, in the laboratory and in the field. The Alumni Association honors 18 faculty members this year and provides $70,000 in awards.
Outstanding faculty inspire and prepare students to apply what they’ve learned to real-world challenges. They conduct the research that gains NC State national and international prominence, and they transfer that research into action that helps others.
Their successes and honors add prestige and recognition to NC State’s name and to the value of the degrees it confers. Previous years’ winners are here.
