It was a great week for NC State students and alumni with the spirit contest, Homecoming Parade, Pack Howl Pep Rally and Concert, and reunion tailgates before the game.

2,000: People who celebrated the Homecoming kickoff with free food, giveaways and live music by The Old Ceremony at Harris Field.
5,000: Wear Red Get Fed meals served on the Brickyard from Dominos Pizza, Red Hot & Blue, Jimmy Johns Subs, WingZone, Melvins Hamburgers, Planet Smoothie and Marcos Pizza.
10,000: Cans of food collected on the Brickyard during Homecoming Week and donated to the N.C. Food Bank.
60: Entries in Homecoming Parade on Hillsborough Street. Among them was the Alumni Associations Red & White for Life float with contest winners Shilena Armstrong ‘04 and Amy Rothberg ‘03.
3,000: Number of students, representing 30 campus groups, who participated in Spirit Week activities such as donating blood and selling cookies on the Brickyard.
3,000: Attendance at the Pack Howl Concert and Pep Rally at Reynolds Coliseum, featuring rap / alternative rock performers Common and N.E.R.D.
775: Number of people who came to the Alumni Association-hosted reunion tailgates before the Homecoming football game.
