Great Reception Room, First Floor—$1,500,000
3,500 square feet featuring 28 foot high ceilings, plaster moldings, marble floor and two marble fireplaces. This grand room will be outfitted with Persian carpets, crystal chandeliers, gilt bronze wall sconces and very fine furniture, lamps, mirrors and accessories. Will include portrait of donor.

Formal Alumni Garden & Tent Area—$250,000
Beautiful formal garden with custom pavers, located by a landscaped lawn that will host the Alumni Association’s reception tent.

Wolf Statue—$100,000
Capture the spirit of the Wolfpack with an NC State Wolf Statue, located at the lakeside terrace.

Third Floor Offices—$25,000
Class “A” caliber office space with standard office furniture.
