Grassroots Giving

Grassroots gifts offer the chance of a lifetime to show your commitment to NC State, including an option to make payments on your gift over a five-year period. With a gift of $2,500 to $10,000, you receive an Honorary Lifetime Membership in the Alumni Association, an engraving of your name in a donor recognition plaza and other benefits.

Recognition Levels

A $2,500 personal gift* is recognized with an engraving of the donor’s name in the donor recognition plaza, a commemorative item, special invitations and Honorary Lifetime Membership in the Alumni Association.

A $5,000 personal gift* is recognized with Chancellor’s Circle Membership for every year that a $1,000 gift is made, as well as an engraving of the donor’s name in the donor recognition plaza, a commemorative item, special invitations and Honorary Lifetime Membership in the Alumni Association.

A $10,000 personal gift* is recognized with membership in the Committee of 100 and invitation to an annual Committee of 100 roundtable event with university officials, as well as an engraving of the donor’s name in the donor recognition plaza, a commemorative item, special invitations and Honorary Lifetime Membership in the Alumni Association.

*For gifts of $2,500 and more, $150 is not tax deductible because of goods and services received. Please consult your personal tax advisor.
