How do I join and how much are dues?

Students can sign up for SAA online. SAA membership dues are $25 per year or $75 for a four-year membership. A lifetime membership is $750 and can be paid with five scheduled payments. Upon graduation, your student membership will convert to the lifetime alumni membership.

How are these dues used?

The Alumni Association receives $15 to cover membership benefits; the remaining $10 is put into a fund for student projects or programs chosen annually by SAA leadership.

What does SAA do?

SAA helps students build lifelong relationships with one another, alumni and NC State. With a host of members-only opportunities, SAA serves the university with programs that promote traditions, spirit and pride. Read more on the SAA website »

All students enrolled at NC State, both undergraduate and graduate, are invited to join.

How is SAA governed?

The Alumni Association Student Ambassador Program is the governing body of SAA. The Alumni Association supports and advises both student programs.
