Each spring, the Alumni Association invites the NC State class celebrating its 50th anniversary back to campus to renew old friendships, remember times past and revive their ties with the alma mater that helped shape them.

They are treated to campus tours, special programs and a class banquet where the class is inducted into the Forever Club, an organization of alumni who graduated 50+ years ago.

During the weekend, the 50th Anniversary Class and the Forever Club have a joint luncheon to celebrate the new members. It is a weekend of fun and fellowship.

Class of 1965 Breakfast Speaker:

We've selected Coach Dereck Wittenberg as our speaker for the Class of 1965 breakfast. Whittenberg played under Coach Jim Valvano from 1980-83 where he was named second team all-Atlantic Coast Conference as a junior and helped the team with their 1983 NCAA national title. He was a third-round draft choice for the Phoenix Suns (51st overall) in the 1983 NBA Draft.
