Six NC State alumni are buried in the Normandy American Cemetery, and scores of others were among the young men who prepared for the D-Day invasion and fought and died as the war unfolded along the French shore. Their stories, once stored away in the file cabinets of the Park Alumni Center's basement, have now come to life.
