For 20 years, WolfTreks has been uniting alumni, friends and family who are driven to discover. Seeing the world provides an education that’s absolutely impossible to get in school. Travel teaches you economics, politics, history, biology, sociology and more in an intense, hands-on way no class can replicate and that can’t be forgotten.  Fortunately, the school of travel is always taking applications, no entrance exam is required.

Our trips are memorable, and so are our travelers. Travel forms strong bonds. We are proud of the community we have built. For your next journey, join WolfTreks in an inspiring location and explore the unknown.

Teachable moments
Our tour operators specialize in educational travel. Most trips feature destination-specific lectures by local experts and knowledgeable tour guides. You’ll return with new knowledge and a special appreciation for the places you visit.

Less worry
Our small-group trips make sure that you have the best experience possible in the most expedient and cost-effective way. We manage the transportation, lodging and itinerary so you make the most of your time and investment.

Friends and family
Our trips are not limited to NC State graduates. Family members and friends are always welcome. Single travelers, too, frequently book with us. About half of our travelers have toured with us before—our Pack is just that, a friendly environment for new experiences and bridging cultures. And people you meet on the road often become some of your most valued friends.

Wolfpack hospitality
We take extra care to ensure that our accommodations and transportation are of the highest quality and professionalism. Additionally, each of our tours features a knowledgeable guide to assist you throughout the trip.

Cool stories
Let’s face it. Even for folks who can’t tell a story, just the words “last year in the Galapagos” get you instant party points.  Even when events seem trivial, nostalgia and distance create an irresistible spin that makes mundane things like a monkey stealing sugar packets off your table in Botswana entertaining. Just don’t overdo it!

Zip-lining over the jungle canopy in Costa Rica, navigating the maze-like streets of Venice, bartering for the best price in the markets of Istanbul, taking a speedboat ride in New Zealand, or hopping in a land rover to watch impala grazing alongside the Lower Zambezi River: these are adventures worth having.

As Mark Twain once wrote, “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
